• Each individual may open and maintain exactly one ZCC777 account.
• Multiple accounts registered to the same person, device, IP address or household may be merged or closed at ZCC777's discretion.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs under your ZCC777 account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• ZCC777 may request identity verification (name, CNIC, proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months with a zero balance may be closed at ZCC777's discretion after prior notification.

3. Deposits & Payments

ZCC777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. We support the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200
• Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method — check the cashier screen for current limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• ZCC777 does not charge deposit fees for standard payment methods. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

All funds deposited at ZCC777 are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational expenses. Your deposited funds are yours, subject to these Terms.

4. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available ZCC777 balance at any time subject to the conditions below. "Available balance" means real-money funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements and are not held as bonus balance.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 1 business day. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.
• ZCC777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard accounts. Premium and VIP accounts may have enhanced withdrawal terms.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. This is a one-time requirement for new accounts.
• ZCC777 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You will be notified if this applies to your account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds and real funds are tracked independently.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money bets unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonus-funded bets do not contribute toward wagering requirements unless the offer specifically states they do.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games played at ZCC777 are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game or betting market. The following general rules apply across the platform.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the ZCC777 system. A bet is not placed until you receive an on-screen confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and market. These are displayed in the game interface before you place a bet.
• ZCC777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after an event's result was already known, or that was placed at a clearly erroneous price due to a system error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. ZCC777 may suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice.
• For cricket and sports betting, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.) is used to settle bets. Unofficial sources or media reports are not used.
• ZCC777 casino games use certified Random Number Generators. Results are independently audited and are not influenced by the platform or any player.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round in progress is completed using the last action received by the ZCC777 server before disconnection.

7. Referral Programme

ZCC777's refer-a-friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR rewards by inviting new players to the platform. The following rules govern the programme.

• A qualifying referral is a new ZCC777 registration using your personal referral link who makes their first deposit of at least Rs 500 within 30 days of registration.

• Self-referrals are not permitted. Referring yourself using a different name, email address or device constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.

• Lifetime commission (5% of referred players' net losses) is calculated monthly and credited within the first 3 business days of the following month.
• ZCC777 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time. Rewards already earned and credited are not affected by future programme changes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at ZCC777. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balance.

• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, wagering in patterns designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine game play, or exploiting promotions in ways they were not intended.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets using non-public information about a sporting event's outcome, or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or match.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at poker tables or card games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback through your bank or payment provider for a ZCC777 deposit that was genuinely made by you. This is treated as fraud.
• Money laundering: Using ZCC777 as a vehicle to process funds for any illegal purpose, including layering, placement or integration of illicit funds.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets or interact with ZCC777 games without direct human participation.
• Underage play: Registering on behalf of or providing access to a person under the age of 18.
